Tragic double fatal accident

Churubusco units were dispatched to Bryie Road between McDuffee and Madden Rd at approximately 19:45 Tuesday night on a vehicle accident with injuries.

Churubusco, Huntertown and LaOtto fire departments were dispatched to a house fire at approximately 7:00 a.m. Saturday morning on Wesley Chapel Rd. in Allen County.

4-Wheeler Accident leaves 1 girl critical

A 4-wheeler carrying three young girls was struck by a southbound pickup truck on C.R. 600 E. near 350 S. in Noble county on Friday. Reports from people in the area stated that the three girls were on the 4-wheeler and pulled onto 600 E. when the pickup truck crested the hill and broadsided the ATV. The truck then swerved into a yard and struck a power pole sheering it off at the base.

One female was flown via Samaritan in critical condition. Units from LaOtto Fire, Medic 21, Noble County EMS, Noble County Sheriff, Indiana State Police & Churubusco Police all responded.

The accident is still under investigation.
